Delivery costs are not included in the prices quoted on the website. At the point of checkout, the applicable delivery fee is calculated based on the customer’s preferred delivery location.

Once your order is successful, our Customer Service Representatives will contact you using the telephone number provided during checkout to confirm a delivery date. We will then deliver your goods on your chosen date. If for any reason, the delivery is unsuccessful, our customer service representatives will reach out via phone a second time to confirm a follow-up delivery date. If our second delivery attempt fails, the order will be canceled and we will issue a refund for the total cost of the items ordered.
